Dear Fellow Apostles, Prophets, and Apostolic and Pastoral Leaders,
This is your personal invitation from the Executive Council of the Communion of Apostolic Churches to join Apostles Jim Hodges (Dallas), Dave Viljoen (Palm Coast, Fl.), James Rebbavarapu (Hyderabad, India), George Runyan (San Diego), Jim Bradshaw (Palm Coast, Fl.), Abraham Sekhar (Mumbai, India), Manfred North Peigan (Alberta, Cananda), Herman Bradley (Brewton, Ala.), George Kouri (OKC and Hyderabad, India)), and others in Oklahoma City, May 8-10, for the APOSTOLIC SUMMIT FOR NORTH AMERICA and FIRST NATIONS.
Please Note: The CAC is not a new denomination, nor an attempt to start one. Instead, it is an emerging, global fellowship or communion of apostles and churches the Lord Jesus is raising-up by His Spirit in the 21st Century to work together in partnership with the Holy Spirit and each other to restore the original foundations of Christianity and reform ourselves as one Holy Apostolic Church to light the nations and fill the earth with the glory of God.
THEME: REDISCOVERING CHRIST’S KINGDOM AND HIS CHURCH, AND BIRTHING AN AUTHENTIC APOSTOLIC REFORMATION.
The Three-Day Apostolic Summit will be held at Crestwood Vineyard Church. This will not be a preaching or teaching conference, but a truly open dialog, a rare opportunity to sit down together and talk honestly with other apostles, prophets, and apostolic and pastoral leaders about where the present apostolic reformation is at this moment in time, and what it is going to take for us to truly birth an apostolic reformation in North America and around the globe in the 21st Century.
As the presiding apostle of the Communion of Apostolic Churches, I have taken the liberty of posting below this post a “Reformation Document" that I sent to our CAC Executive Council last October as my personal response and feedback to a small gathering of apostolic leaders that the CAC Executive Council hosted in Dallas in September of last year to discuss the critical issues facing the churches and the present apostolic reformation today. In my feedback, I submitted my personal observations, concerns, and what I believe it is going to take to the members of our Executive Council. I also offered a number of strategies and proposals to the council about how our related networks can work together more closely to facilitate such a reformation. The brothers not only agreed with my analysis, concerns, and proposals, but also encouraged me to publish my document as a small booklet and distribute it more widely. This is why I have attached my “Reformation Document.” Hopefully, it will serve as a prologue to a much broader dialogue that is greatly needed among apostles, prophets, and apostolic and pastoral leaders around the globe today.
In addition to the "Reformation Document," I have posted the Apostolic Summit Program, explaining the format to be followed each day, and giving the details of each day's sessions, together with a list of possible questions under each day's topic. These questions, submitted by members of our CAC Executive Council, are essential questions facing the churches and the apostolic reformation today. Questions that need to be answered by apostles, prophets, and apostolic and pastoral leaders if we are going to see an authentic apostolic reformation in our day.
Therefore, in behalf of the Lord and the CAC Executive Council, I entreat each of you to take time to read the Apostolic Summit Program posted below. If you bear witness in your spirit with what is being proposed, then mark your calendars and make plans to join us in OKC, May 8-10. (The address for Crestwood Vineyard, the schedule and other details are in the attached Summit document.)
Please note that there will be a Women’s Luncheon on Wednesday during the lunch hour to allow the women who attend an opportunity to get to know each other. My wife will be hosting the luncheon.
There will be no night sessions to allow an opportunity for sharing evening meals together, ongoing dialog, and building relationships.
We are in the process of arranging for a hotel or motel near Crestwood Vineyard with a special rate, as well as preparing a list of good restaurants nearby, and sight seeing opportunities. As soon as we have the details for these matters we will send you the information by email and also post it on the CAC Event Page of our website, www.communionofapostolicchurches.com.
Once again, please take time to look over the Apostolic Summit Program, as well as my Reformation Document, and let us know by email if you plan to attend, so we know how to prepare. Also, if you know of there whop are hearing what the Spirit is saying to the churches, please forward this invitation and the attached documents to them, and help us get the word out to as many as possible.
For the sake of Jesus Christ our King, His Messianic Kingdom, His Church, and the nations,George Kouri, Presiding Apostle of the CAC
